What messages will my customers receive?
The messages that you create and send to your customers are the only messages that customers will ever receive. That's right, No Spam!

What will you do with my customer's information?
Protect it. W8TER.com will never sell customer information. We operate our business honestly and with integrity to provide value. We adhere to our own internal code of conduct in addition to MMA, DMA and FTC regulations.

How do I begin to add my customers to my W8TER database?
Start small. Begin by informing your customers about this new service. Ask permission to send them messaging about the status of their wait time or to receive messaging from your business. Before long, you will have an entire working database of customers to which you can actively communicate.

Will my customers be charged to receive messaging?
That depends on their wireless plan. The term "Standard Rates Apply" means that messaging has been provided. Customers will only be charged if they do not have a messaging plan or they have exceeded their message limits for the month. Otherwise no, customers will not be charged to receive messages from your business.

What if my customers want to opt-out of receiving messaging?
Customers can simply text "STOP" to 32075. Customers can also visit our website to opt-out by sending us an email or they can call us. Your business can remove any further messaging to that customer or delete them from the database. We make it easy to opt-out.
