SECTION 1 - CONDUCT & USE OF NETWORK

Program Description

W8ter provides mobile messaging for businesses to communicate instantly with customers about wait times, activity updates and specials. A customer places an order, drops off an item, or makes an appointment at a participating business. The Customer Service Representative informs the customer that they can receive updates on their service via text messaging. 

Supported Carriers

W8ter is supported by all major carriers, including Alltel, AT&T, Sprint, Sprint Nextel, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless,  Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S Cellular, Cricket Communications, Cincinnati Bell, Cellular South, NTELOS, CellCom, Carolina West, Apalachian Wireless, Bluegrass Cellular, Centennial Communications, Cox Wireless, GCI Comms, Illinois Valley Cellular, Immix/Keystone Wireless, Nex-Tech, United Wireless and West central Wireless.

Cost

There are no premium charges for joining w8ter Alerts service. Message and data rates may apply

Message Frequency

Subscribers to w8ter Alerts service will receive 10 messages per month

How to opt-out

To opt-out of the w8ter program, reply STOP to 31681. An unsubscribe message will be sent to your number confirming the cancellation, but no more messages will be sent after that one.

Privacy Policy

W8ter's top priority is the privacy of our users. The following is provided to address any concerns you may have.

·          W8ter will never, under any circumstances, sell or distribute your cell phone number to third parties or W8ter clients for whom you have not approved.

·          W8ter will never directly market to you any services for which you have not opted in, either by cell phone, text message or email.

·          W8ter will never distribute any personal information about you, including your phone number, name, billing information or any other piece of identifying information.

SECTION 2 – Accounts & Billing


Transferability
A W8TER, LLC account or login does not extend to any other person. A W8TER, LLC account or login is non-transferable. Login names and passwords are not to be shared with other parties.

Multiplicity of Use
No more than the amount of purchased connections or logins can be used at any one time for each account. If, at any time, more than the purchased connections or logins of an account is found, the account will be fire-walled immediately for network stability reasons.

Extent of Use
An "unlimited" access account is termed as a private machine on our network, with private ip addresses and bandwidth. These accounts come with a 24/7 dedicated connection. Normal proxy accounts and other services do not come with unlimited use.
All other services should have a human sitting at the computer. The use of bots and automated programs are forbidden unless this type of service is purchased. For more information please contact our sales office.

Payment
E-mail billing is available as is paper billing if the total monthly invoice is $400 or greater.

Non-Payment
Accounts 10 days overdue are subject to termination without further notice. Terminated accounts having a balance due will be sent to a collection agency.

Indemnity
The customer agrees to indemnify W8TER, LLC against liability for any and all use of the customer's account.

General
W8TER, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any person or company suspected of violating or which potentially may violate any of the above policies.
